Cherry S’mores – Flourless chocolate cake, house made spiced graham cracker crust, toasted cherry marshmallow, cherry compote, and a vanilla bean tuile with hanging cherry (tuile is brushed with tempered chocolate for added support).

Nice idea but thought it would look better without the hanging cherry and maybe a clean tuile…the cherry kind of take away from the nice dessert

I really like the Art Deco design, and the simplicity. The suspended cherry draws the eye back into the main body of the dessert.
