University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management Iron Chef Competition

Bauscher USA recently supplied plateware for an “Iron Chef Event” through the University of Houston Hilton College of Hotel Restaurant Management.  Submitted are pictures of the two competing teams (HCC and LeNotre Houston)

HCC Team: Osiris Davila, Pauline Van Hasselt, Jeffrey Countryman, and Ryan Argo (Christy Sykes was their team coach/advisor).

LeNotre Team: not available

Organizers of the Event were the U of H Iron Chef Team: Dominique McGhee, Cynthia Merrifield, Jimit Patel, Nathaniel Winston, John Price, and Gloryvee Ramos (Faculty Advisor).

The event was held at the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management on April 24, 2010.
