Ahi-tuna sashimi with cucumber, cilantro, grape tomatoes, brunoise yellow bell peppers, parsley chive oil, served with Pepper encrusted seared ahi-tuna, wasabi infused whipped potatoes, blanched asparagus, drizzled with a white balsamic reduction
