It is hard to believe that Deep Plate is entering its 3rd year.   It’s time for a new take.   To bring fresh ideas into the blog, we will be transitioning its leadership over to Thomas Messina (shown left – have a coke and a smile!). I will still be involved, but felt it was time for new blood to give Deep Plate some freshening up.   Please get involved, get your sous chefs involved, and get culinary students involved!
