The holidays are a great time to stir up a little healthy competition! And we’re not talking the type of competition where the fire department has to visit your house when you and your neighbor race to see whose deep fried turkey will cook the fastest….!
For the last Deep Plate Challenge of 2013 we wanted to go out with a bang and offer two challenges:
Prepare a 3 Course Holiday Style Meal
Must use flavors, ingredients & preparation techniques that reflect what you would see during a festive holiday dinner
Course One: Soup
Course Two: Entrée
Course Three: Dessert
Small Plate Offering
Must prepare 5 plates of the Chef’s choice
The first 2 students and chefs that apply will be chosen to participate
