This is a tasting plate. In the top left and bottom right corners is a white wine, garlic, ginger and lemon juice marinated grilled lamb shank skewers over a granny smith apple and thyme cream sauce. the top right and bottom left is zucchini and squash grilled with fresh herbs, grilled onions with a garlic paprika powder over a bed of lemon zest Bulgar pilaf. In the middle is an onion compote over a tabbouleh salad with toasted pita chips and herbs.
